Erfan

After completing his Certificate IV in EAL (Further Study) in 2018, Erfan was asked to complete the 2019 Student Satisfaction Survey to have his say about the quality of his education and training.

By completing the survey, he went in the running to win in a share of $10,000 and shortly after, Erfan received an email congratulating him on being one of the lucky winners.

From his own experience, Erfan felt it was important to provide feedback to his provider.

“By providing my feedback, or other students’ feedback, [the provider] can take this into account and take the steps needed to improve,” he said.

With his winnings, Erfan was able to use the money toward lab equipment that is often expensive, which will assist him in his future studies.

Erfan’s goal is to follow in his father’s footsteps and become a doctor.

Despite the long road of studying ahead, Erfan said “if you follow your passion and concentrate, when you get your qualification and are satisfied with your work environment, you will see what you did was the right thing to do, for you.”
