The Social Research Centre is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Research Consultant to work in our Evaluation and Qualitative Research team. Our Senior Research Consultants have proven experience in leading and delivering large-scale and / or complex qualitative research and evaluation programs to a high standard.

You will be confident leading projects and comfortable working collaboratively to achieve positive project outcomes. You’ll have a client service focused mindset and an ability to actively nurture and manage these relationships as part of a client facing team.
Reporting to a Research Director in the Evaluation and Qualitative Research team, your projects will be supported by a diverse team of researchers, operational staff, programmers, statisticians, methodologists, data scientists and communication specialists. You will be responsible for:

This position is offered on a permanent, full-time basis and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work arrangement (working from home some days with remaining days in the office). We are willing to accept applications from interstate or regional Victoria, as long as travel to Melbourne were possible.
