Method of entry:  Entry is open to respondents of the 2024 Student Experience Survey August 2024 collection period. To be included in the rolling prize draw those invited to complete the Student Experience Survey must complete the survey online at: qilt.edu.au/ses

Employees of the Social Research Centre are ineligible to enter this trade promotion lottery.

Entry into the draw for persons in South Australia aged under 18 years (on the date of the survey launch), will be subject to confirmation of parental consent via response to a question in-survey.

Duration of entry period:  The total entry period for inclusion in the competition is from survey launch on 30 July 2024 to 26 August 2024 at 11.59pm AEST. Four prize draws will occur during this period, with the following schedule:

• Respondents who complete their survey before 11.59pm AEST 5 August will be entered into prize draws #1 to #4 and will be eligible to win a prize in each draw.
• Respondents who complete their survey before 11.59pm AEST 12 August will be entered into three prize draws and will be eligible to win a prize in Prize Draw #2, #3 and #4.
• Respondents who complete their survey before 11.59pm AEST 19 August will be entered into two prize draws and will be eligible to win a prize in Prize Draw #3 and #4.
• Respondents who complete their survey before 11.59pm AEST 26 August will be entered into and will be eligible to win a prize in Prize Draw #4.

The total national prize pool is valued at $27,000. In total, 16 x $1,000, 16 x $500 and 12 x $250 e-gift cards will be drawn. Total prize draw values for each State and Territory are:

• NSW, $6,000 – four (4) x $1000, four (4) x $500
• VIC, $6,000 – four (4) x $1000, four (4) x $500
• QLD/SA, $6,000 – four (4) x $1000, four (4) x $500
• WA/ACT/NT/TAS, $6,000 – four (4) x $1000, four (4) x $500

There is a national prize pool of $3,000 – twelve (12) x $250 – for 3^rd Prize awards eligible to all prize draw entrants.

The prepaid e-gift cards can be used for a selection of Australian retailers. 

Date, time and place of draw: The prize draws will be conducted with the following schedule:

• Prize Draw #1: 11:00 am AEST 07 August 2024
• Prize Draw #2: 11:00 am AEST 14 August 2024
• Prize Draw #3: 11:00 am AEST 21 August 2024
• Prize Draw #4: 11:00 am AEST 28 August 2024

All draws from 07 August 2024 to 28 August 2024 will be conducted at Level 5, 350 Queen St, Melbourne, Victoria 3000. Winners will be identified through a random computer-generated draw.

Publication of winner names:  Winners will be notified by telephone and in writing via email within seven days of the relevant draw. The initials and the higher education institution of winners will be published online at https://www.facebook.com/QILT1 with the following schedule:

• Prize Draw #1: 07 August 2024
• Prize Draw #2: 14 August 2024
• Prize Draw #3: 21 August 2024
• Prize Draw #4: 28 August 2024

The winners will be notified by telephone or email and in writing via email within seven days of the unclaimed prize draw. The initials and the higher education institution of winners be published online at https://www.facebook.com/QILT1 on 04 December 2024.

 

Cancellation clause: If, for any reason, any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
