Prize draw terms and conditions of entry
Method of entry:
Entry is open to respondents of the 2024 Graduate Outcomes Survey November 2023 collection period. To be included in the rolling prize draw, those invited to complete the Graduate Outcomes Survey must complete the survey online at qilt.edu.au/gos.
Employees of the Social Research Centre are ineligible to enter this trade promotion lottery.
Entry into the draw for persons in South Australia aged under 18 years (on the date of the survey launch), will be subject to confirmation of parental consent via response to a question in-survey.
Duration of entry period:
The total entry period for inclusion in the competition is from survey launch on 31 October 2023 to 27 November 2023 at 11.59pm AEDT. Four prize draws will occur during this period, with the following schedule:
Respondents who complete their survey before 11.59pm AEDT 06 November will be entered into prize draws #1 to #4 and will be eligible to win a prize in each draw.
Respondents who complete their survey before 11.59pm AEDT 13 November will be entered into three prize draws and will be eligible to win a prize in Prize Draw #2, #3 and #4.
Respondents who complete their survey before 11.59pm AEDT 20 November will be entered into two prize draws and will be eligible to win a prize in Prize Draw #3 and #4.
Respondents who complete their survey before 11.59pm AEDT 27 November will be entered into and will be eligible to win a prize in Prize Draw #4.
Details of prizes and prize values:
Draw #1 – #4 1st Prize 3 x $1,000 Visa prepaid e-gift card drawn from the national pool
Draw #1 – #4 2nd Prize 5 x $500 Visa prepaid e-gift card drawn as follows:
3 x $500 Visa prepaid gift card drawn for NSW & VIC
1 x $500 Visa prepaid gift card drawn for ACT, NT & QLD
1 x $500 Visa prepaid gift card drawn for SA, TAS & WA
Draw #1 – #4 3rd Prize 5 x $250 Visa prepaid e-gift card drawn as follows:
3 x $250 Visa prepaid gift card drawn for NSW & VIC
1x $250 Visa prepaid gift card drawn for ACT, NT & QLD
1x $250 Visa prepaid gift card drawn for SA, TAS & WA
In total, 12 x $1,000, 20 x $500 and 20 x $250 will be drawn. Total prize draw values for each State and Territory are: NSW/VIC $9,000, ACT/NT/QLD $3,000, SA/TAS/WA $3,000 and a national prize pool of $12,000. The total prize pool is valued at $27,000.

The prize draws will be conducted with the following schedule:
Prize Draw #1: 11:00 am AEDT 08 November 2023
Prize Draw #2: 11:00 am AEDT 15 November 2023
Prize Draw #3: 11:00 am AEDT 22 November 2023
Prize Draw #4: 11:00 am AEDT 29 November 2023
All draws from 08 November 2023 to 29 November 2023 will be conducted at Level 5, 350 Queen St, Melbourne, Victoria 3000. Winners will be identified through a random computer-generated draw.
Publication of winner names:
Winners will be notified by telephone and in writing via email within 7 days of the relevant draw. The initials and the higher education institution of winners will be published online at www.facebook.com/QILT1 with the following schedule:
Prize Draw #1: 08 November 2023
Prize Draw #2: 15 November 2023
Prize Draw #3: 22 November 2023
Prize Draw #4: 29 November 2023

Unclaimed prize draw:
If any prizes are unclaimed by 04 March 2024, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at 11:00 am AEDT on 06 March 2024 at Level 5, 350 Queen St, Victoria, Melbourne 3000. The winners will be notified by telephone and in writing via email within seven days of the draw. The initials and the higher education institution of winners be published online at www.facebook.com/QILT1 on 06 March 2024.
Cancellation clause: If, for any reason, any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
