What are the benefits?

The Kindergarten Parent Opinion Survey offers an opportunity for parents to share feedback on the kindergarten service that their child attends. The responses are de-identified and collated in to reports for each kindergarten service provider with an eligible number of responses and provide indicators of parent satisfaction regarding the quality of services provided to their child.

FAQs

How many reports were produced for my service provider?

A service provider report is available if at least 2 of your services received 5 or more responses. Individual service reports are available for services that received at least 5 responses. If a report is not available for one of your services, it is because the minimum number of responses was not met.

How can I download the reports?

Reports are available via a download portal. You will receive an email with step-by-step instructions on how to access and download your report(s).

How long will the reports be available?

Your email will confirm the deadline to download your report(s). Please download and save your report(s) as soon as you receive the email. After the deadline, the download link will expire and cannot be reactivated, so you will not be able to access the 2025 reports.
