Cynthia Kim

Cynthia has over 20 years’ experience in leading and managing complex data analyses, econometric modelling and data development projects, data collections and performance outcome reporting for the public sector. She has excellent knowledge in early childhood and school performance reporting, well-developed leadership and people management skills, particularly in leading teams through change. Cynthia is the chair of our Data Science and Process Improvement Working Group at the Social Research Centre, responsible for driving integrated data science and business system improvement initiatives across the company.
Cynthia has a Bachelor of Economics (Honours) from University of Sydney, a Masters in Public Policy from Australian National University and a Graduate Diploma in Public Administration from the University of Canberra.
