Alison has over 15 years’ experience in research across a range of industries, and is experienced in a wide variety of methods, both quantitative and qualitative, including ad-hoc studies, tracking and longitudinal studies, service evaluation, communications evaluation, and branding. She is also highly experienced in the setup and management of customised online communities.
She has extensive experience in end-to-end research and client management, including project design, survey tool development, sampling, field management, data analysis and reporting.
Working in the Quantitative research team, she is experienced in delivering ad-hoc projects that require a mixed methodology or mixed sampling approach.
Alison has extensively managed projects covering a wide range of methodological approaches across both quantitative and qualitative research, including online questionnaires, CATI and AB-S surveys, observational/ethnography, face to face / hard copy surveys, focus groups (virtual and face-to-face), online forums, discussion boards, and in-depth interviews.
She has worked across a range of private sector, government, and not-for-profit organisations, including areas such as online technologies, media, aged care, mental health, workplace health and safety, charities and community perception, higher education and careers.
