役割について

• Pay rates above industry award – rate begins at $32.26 (WFH training rate) for first 50 hours of dialling shifts and progresses to $36.08 thereafter

 主な要件

• Must be available to work remotely (see technical requirements below)

技術的要件

A successful applicant will be required to supply their own computer, headset and other peripherals. They will log into the company’s systems with a computer that is not owned or used by a third party (including another employer).

Direct, secure and stable access to the network router and internet is required at all times. The following minimum technical requirements must also be met:

Internet and connection requirements

• Reliable internet that does not regularly drop out, with very low/negligible packet loss. (パケットロスや頻繁なドロップアウトは、音声通話やクラウドベースのツールに深刻な影響を与えます。）
• A minimum 25 Mbps download speed, 5 Mbps upload speed
• Wired Ethernet connection preferred

Computer, peripherals and software requirements

• Processor: 1.5GHz, 2-core (or better)
• Memory: 8GB RAM (or better)
• Security: Current, updated anti-virus software installed
• Authentication: Smartphone capable of running Microsoft Authenticator
• Headset: USB or 3.5mm audio-jack connection (Bluetooth unsuitable); over-ear design with an extended microphone arm (required)
• Built-in or external webcam
• Display: Minimum resolution 1024 × 768 (15.6” display recommended)
• Browser (for web-based interviewing): Microsoft Edge recommended; may be required to install an alternative browser.
