Project status
The Department of Home Affairs is conducting a follow-up to the 2023 survey. Invited participants completed a survey either online or over the phone at the end of 2024. This is a further follow-up survey.
Emails inviting you to participate in the survey will come from csam@srcentre.com.au
The further follow-up survey can be completed online or over the phone. You may click on the button below to complete the survey online (you will need the Login code found in the email or letter sent to you), otherwise you will be contacted on the phone number you provided in the last survey.

The purpose of this further follow-up survey is to better understand migrant settlement experiences over the last 12 months. These include changes in your employment situation since the follow-up survey, satisfaction with life in Australia and participation in further education.

The Department surveyed recent Family and Skill stream migrants who have been granted a permanent residence visa or are on the path to permanent residence after being granted a provisional visa. Invited participants completed a survey at the end of 2024.

This survey should take about 10 minutes to complete, and your participation is entirely voluntary. To access this survey, you will need the Login code located in the email you received or the panel on the top right hand corner of the letter you received.
