2026 National Family and Domestic Violence and Sexual Violence Workforce Survey

The 2026 National Family and Domestic Violence and Sexual Violence Workforce Survey (the survey) aims to build a stronger understanding of the national specialist family and domestic violence and sexual violence workforce. This includes understanding your skills, experience, needs and aspirations. The survey will help inform future policy development and implementation to support the sector.

The survey has been informed by input from:

national groups and peak bodies
state and territory government departments and agencies
specialist organisations and service providers
community-led and First Nations organisations.

The survey is designed to be relevant, accessible and appropriate for the diverse workforce it is intended to represent.
