Client Satisfaction Survey
Client: Federation of Community Legal Centres
The Social Research Centre was commissioned by the Federation of Community Legal Centres to manage the recruitment, data collection and reporting of their 2018 Client Satisfaction Survey. The online survey provided valued feedback regarding user satisfaction with the CLCs, including suggestions for improving future interactions. Results of the online survey were enhanced through detailed feedback provided through ten in-depth interviews. The findings were presented in a range of materials tailored to different audiences: a detailed analytical report for the Federation, a summary report with key outcome measures for government, individual summary reports for participating CLCs, and a forum attended by Federation staff, the Social Research Centre, and representatives from participating CLCs.
