Client: Transport Accident Commission (TAC)
This research is being conducted to better understand the experience and journey of TAC clients and improve the services and supports available to people following a transport accident. To do this, we need to understand more about your health and recovery and satisfaction with the TAC.

The Transport Accident Commission (TAC) has contracted the Social Research Centre to conduct this survey. You may have received an invitation to complete the survey online via SMS.
The information collected in this survey will be used to better understand the experience and journey of TAC clients to improve services and supports provided to people in the future.
The survey will take around 10 minutes to complete, depending on your circumstances.
All of the information collected is completely private and confidential and used for research purposes only. No individuals will be identified, and no personal information will be provided to any other third party without your permission. Your answers will not affect your claim with the TAC in anyway.
