NSW Student Outcomes Survey
Method of entry and duration of entry period
Entry is open to those invited to complete the Survey of Recent Migrants to Australia (2024). To enter, those invited must complete the survey online or over the phone, during the specified entry period.
- Online entry to the introductory survey is through: www.homeaffairs.gov.au/csam or www.srcentre.com.au/csam
- Online entry to the follow-up survey is through: www.homeaffairs.gov.au/srma or www.srcentre.com.au/srma
- Online entry to the final survey is through: www.homeaffairs.gov.au/srmaf or www.srcentre.com.au/srmaf
There are three prize draws in total:
- Invitees who complete either the introductory survey, follow-up survey, or final survey from 10 September
2024 until 11.59pm AEDT, 1 November 2024, will be eligible to be included in the first prize draw. - Invitees who complete either the introductory survey, follow-up survey, or final survey from 10 September
2024 until 11.59pm AEDT, 22 November 2024, will be eligible to be included in the second prize draw. - Invitees who complete either the introductory survey, follow-up survey, or final survey from 10 September
2024 until 11.59pm AEDT, 13 December 2024, will be eligible to be included in the third prize draw.
Employees of the Social Research Centre are ineligible to enter this trade promotion lottery.
Details of prizes and prize values
In the first prize draw, the first entry drawn will receive a virtual prepaid VISA e-gift card for the value of $1,000.
In the second prize draw, the first two entries drawn will each receive a virtual prepaid VISA e-gift card for the value of $500.
In the third prize draw, the first entry drawn will receive a virtual prepaid VISA e-gift card for the value of $500.
In total, 1 x $1,000 and 3 x $500 virtual prepaid VISA e-gift cards will be drawn. The total national prize pool is valued at $2,500.
Date, time and place of draw
- The first prize draw will be conducted at 11am AEDT on 4 November 2024.
- The second prize draw will be conducted at 11am AEDT on 25 November 2024.
- The third prize draw will be conducted at 11am AEDT on 16 December 2024.
All prize draws will be conducted on a computer located at The Social Research Centre, Level 5, 350 Queen St, Melbourne, 3000.
Winners will be identified through a random computer-generated draw.
Publication of winner names
The winners will be notified by email and telephone within 5 business days of the prize draw.
The initials and State of residence of all winners will be published on the Social Research Centre website.

Unclaimed prize draw
If the prizes are unclaimed by 7 March 2025, unclaimed prize draws will take place at 2pm AEST on 11 March 2024 at the above address.
