Prize draw terms and conditions of entry

Method of entry

Entry is open to respondents of the 2017 Student Experience Survey September collection period. To be included in the rolling prize draw those invited to complete the 2017 Student Experience Survey must complete the survey online at: www.ses.edu.au

Duration of entry period

The total entry period for inclusion in the competition is from survey launch on 05 September 2017 to 11.59pm AEST 09 October 2017. Four prize draws will occur during this period, with the following schedule:

  • Entry into Prize Draw #1 is open to all those who complete the survey online by 11.59pm AEST 18 September 2017.
  • Entry into Prize Draw #2 is open to all those who complete the survey online by 11.59pm AEST 25 September 2017.
  • Entry into Prize Draw #3 is open to all those who complete the survey online by 11.59pm AEST 02 October 2017.
  • Entry into Prize Draw #4 is open to all those who complete the survey online by 11.59pm AEST 09 October 2017.

Details of prizes and prize values: In each Prize Draw the first entry drawn will receive a $250 Visa Prepaid gift card. In total 4 x $250 will be drawn. The total national prize pool is valued at $1,000.

Date, time and place of draw: The Prize Draw will be conducted with the following schedule:

  • Prize Draw #1: 1:00 pm AEST 20 September 2017
  • Prize Draw #2: 1:00 pm AEST 27 September 2017
  • Prize Draw #3: 1:00 pm AEST 04 October 2017
  • Prize Draw #4: 1:00 pm AEST 11 October 2017

All draws from 20 September to 11 October 2017 will be conducted at Level 9, 277 William St, Melbourne, Victoria 3000. Winners will be identified through a random computer generated draw.

Publication of winner names

Winners will be notified by telephone or email and in writing. The names and the higher education institution recorded of all winners will be published in ‘The Australian’ newspaper, with the following schedule: • Prize Draw #1: 25 September 2017 • Prize Draw #2: 02 October 2017 • Prize Draw #3: 09 October 2017 • Prize Draw #4: 16 October 2017 Names will also appear on www.facebook.com/QILT1

Unclaimed prize draw

If any prizes are unclaimed by 16 January 2018, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at 1:00 pm on 17 January 2018 at Level 9, 277 William Street, Victoria, Melbourne 3000. The winners will be notified by telephone or email. The names and the higher education institution recorded of all winners will be published in ‘The Australian’ newspaper on 22 January 2018.
