Why do you need to hear from me? Your participation is very important and will help us better understand the needs of parents of young children. Your participation will go towards improving services for other parents like you.

Who is conducting the survey? This for the Australian Government Department of Employment and the Social Research Centre is collecting the data for the project.

How did you get my details? You received an invitation to this survey because you are identified as having received, or currently receiving a form of income support and are the parent of a young child.

How long is the survey? The survey should take around 10 to 15 minutes to complete.

Will my answers be confidential? Your answers will be held in the strictest confidence and under the Privacy Act all information provided will only be used for research purposes.
