He has a proven track record and passion for delivering and managing high performing teams, exceptional quality and efficient business operations through cultivating a positive and collaborative working relationship with staff and key stakeholders. He has also managed or been a steering committee member for large scale change initiatives to improve business performance and drive staff engagement aligned to organisational goals.
